We buy where the fish is caught

Our fresh fish comes directly from sustainable fishermen and certified auctions, from Scheveningen to the Maldives. Because we know our suppliers well and work closely together, we know exactly what's in our range. This allows us to always guarantee quality, availability, and provenance.

We freeze at the source

Our frozen products are frozen immediately after harvest or production to preserve flavor and quality. Rapid freezing methods ensure optimal freshness. We select only suppliers who share our high standards of provenance.
